Field Marketing & Sales Executive – Bringing Schools onto SchoolGuide
SchoolGuide Uganda is a website where parents find schools. We help schools get more students by listing them online. We are growing and need a Field Sales Executive to visit schools, convince them to join, and sign them up – simple.
Main Role (Primary Responsibility)
1. Visit schools in person every day – Plan your routes to nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools, and vocational institutes in your assigned territory.
2. Speak directly to the decision-maker – That is the school director, proprietor, head teacher, or admissions manager. No gatekeepers.
3. Explain how a SchoolGuide profile brings paying parents to their school. Use simple language and real examples.
4. Help the school staff create or claim their profile, upload photos, and activate premium features using a smartphone or tablet. Ensure they can log in and see value within 24 hours
