We are growing rapidly and are looking for a driven Field Marketing & Sales Executive to help us expand our network of partner schools across the country.
Your Role
Visit schools in person every day, convince the director to buy a basic or premium listing, and onboard them on the spot – no exceptions.
1. Plan your route – Choose 5–10 schools to visit (nurseries, primary, secondary, vocational).
2. Go to the school – Walk in and ask for the director, proprietor, or head teacher.
3. Explain the value – Tell them: "We put your school on our website so more parents find you and call you."
4. Handle their excuses – If they say "no money" or "we will think about it," show them how other schools got more students.
5. Set them up immediately – Use your phone or tablet to help them create their profile, upload photos, and activate the premium features.
6. Close the sale – Get their payment (or deposit), and give a receipt.
7. Send a confirmation – WhatsApp them their login details before you leave the school gate.
