Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons
Teach within Montessori, Cambridge and national curriculum frameworks
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom
Assess learners and keep records
Support children’s academic and social development
Manage classroom behavior
Work with staff to maintain teaching standards
Communicate with parents
Support school activities and growth initiatives
