TOP DEBATE COACH - 1 DAY/MONTH IMPACT ROLE

About the role

Wilden Nursery & Primary School, Nakabugo Bbira on Sentema Road is not looking for a “games teacher”.

We’re looking for a top debate coach who wants to build Uganda’s next generation of problem-solvers, public speakers, and leaders.

The Wilden Way:
1. No full-time job. No paperwork. We acquire brilliance 1 day/month instead of hiring average full-time.
2. No boring drills. You train pupils to debate REAL Nakabugo problems: water, dust, market waste, youth unemployment.
3. No empty hall. Your pupils demo skills to 30+ parents on Demo Day. You get video proof of impact.
4. No low pay excuses. We pay top rates for top impact. 1 brilliant day beats 20 average days.

Your Mission if You Accept:
1. Come 1 day/month, 3 hours only.
2. Train 20 P.5-P.7 pupils in: Structure, Rebuttal, Public speaking, Confidence.
3. Prepare 1 team for Term 4 “Wilden Debate Challenge” vs parents + community leaders.
4. Leave Wilden teachers with 3 drills they can run daily without you.

You’re the right coach if:
1. You’ve trained teams that scare opponents with thinking, not just shouting.
2. You believe debate = confidence + business etiquette + leadership, not just competition.
3. You want video testimonials + case study of “How I built speakers in a low-resource school”.

We provide: Motivated pupils, classroom, audience, and headteacher who over-communicates your impact.

You provide: 1 day/month + your brain + your drills.

This is not a job. This is a legacy project.

Interested? Send 3 things to 0772408833.WhatsApp only:
1. 1-min voice note: “Why debate builds entrepreneurs”
2. Name of 1 school/team you’ve trained
3. Your day rate for 3-hour session

“Other schools hire coaches. Wilden acquires minds.”
