Parents can encourage their children to try new foods and introduce them to a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. By doing so, children can develop healthy eating habits and appreciate the different flavours and textures of different foods.

Depending on the age of the child in question, there are different things you can do that will not only make them feel like they are helping, but also give them a sense of responsibility and maybe also have some fun!
